2. Services

We provide indoor trampoline and adventure activities including but not limited to: trampoline jump arenas, foam pit, cliff jump, ninja warrior course, wall trampoline, slam dunk, dodgeball, mini jump / softplay zones (for guests below 5 years), zipline rollercoaster, birthday parties, kitti parties, family events and group bookings. Services, attractions and zones may vary based on maintenance, safety or operational requirements.

3. Eligibility, Age & Health

• All guests must complete a digital or physical safety waiver before participating.
• Children below 5 years may access designated Softplay Gaming zones only, subject to applicable tickets and supervision.
• Minors under 18 must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or legal guardian at all times unless otherwise agreed in writing for organised groups.
• Guests must be in good health and free from conditions aggravated by physical activity (heart conditions, pregnancy, recent surgery, back/neck injuries, etc.). Consult a physician before participating if unsure.
• Weight and height restrictions apply to certain attractions (e.g. Free Fall Tower max 100 kg; Zipline Rollercoaster per posted safety specifications).
• We reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any guest who appears unfit, intoxicated, non-compliant with rules or posing a safety risk.

4. Bookings & Payments

• Tickets may be purchased online (via Razorpay or authorised partners), by phone or at the venue subject to availability. We do not accept orders via WhatsApp.
• Prices are displayed on our website and at the venue. Weekday, weekend, government holiday and festival rates may differ as published.
• Current indicative pricing includes: Trampoline Adult (60 min weekday ₹500 / weekend ₹600; 90 min weekday ₹700 / weekend ₹800); Softplay below 5 years (60 min weekday ₹350 / weekend ₹450; 90 min weekday ₹450 / weekend ₹550); Family weekday packages from ₹850. Prices are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise and may change without prior notice.
• Trampoline socks are included in ticket prices. Guests bringing their own approved trampoline socks may receive ₹100 off as published.
• Payment must be completed in full before or at the time of entry unless credit terms are agreed in writing for corporate or school groups.
• All sales are final. Once payment is confirmed, tickets and bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable, as set out in our Refund Policy.
• You are responsible for providing accurate booking information. We are not liable for issues arising from incorrect contact or booking details supplied by you.

5. Safety Rules & Assumption of Risk

Trampoline and adventure activities involve inherent risks including slips, falls, collisions, sprains, fractures and other injuries. By participating, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume these risks.

Mandatory rules include:

• Wear trampoline socks (included or own pair per policy). No shoes, jeans or hard-soled footwear on trampolines.
• Remove jewellery, sharp objects and empty pockets before jumping.
• Follow all instructions from trained monitors and signage at all times.
• One person per trampoline bed unless otherwise designated.
• No double bouncing, rough play, flips or stunts beyond your skill level unless in designated areas with approval.
• No food, drink or chewing gum on activity floors.

Failure to comply may result in immediate removal without refund.

6. Waiver & Release of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you (and parent/guardian for minors) release PANCHKRUSHNAI LLP, its partners, employees, contractors and agents from liability for injury, loss or damage arising from ordinary negligence inherent in recreational activities, except where liability cannot be excluded under Indian law (including death or injury caused by proven gross negligence or wilful misconduct).

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the business from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, misuse of equipment or failure to follow safety instructions.

7. Guest Conduct

Guests must behave respectfully toward staff and other visitors. Prohibited conduct includes: intoxication, vandalism, abusive language, unauthorised photography in changing areas, commercial filming without permission, and any illegal activity. Violations may result in removal and reporting to authorities.

8. Parties & Group Events

Birthday parties, kitti parties, family events and custom celebrations require advance booking and may be subject to separate packages and terms communicated at booking. All party payments and deposits are non-refundable once confirmed. Outside birthday cakes may be permitted for party bookings as communicated by our team. Catering, decorations and add-ons must be approved in advance.

9. Personal Belongings & Property

Lockers may be available at additional charge where offered. We are not responsible for loss, theft or damage to personal belongings brought to the venue. Use lockers at your own risk.

10. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, branding and marketing materials are owned by PANCHKRUSHNAI LLP or licensors. You may not copy, reproduce or use them without written permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your visit or booking shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific session or event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential or punitive damages, loss of profits, or delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for failure or delay due to events beyond reasonable control including natural disasters, power failure, government orders, pandemics, equipment failure or civil unrest. In such cases we will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling where possible, in line with our Refund Policy.

13. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Nashik, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection laws that may provide additional rights to consumers.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The latest version will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of services constitutes acceptance.
