Refund Policy
This Refund Policy applies to all ticket purchases, family packages, party bookings and payments made to Krushnai Trampoline Park, operated by PANCHKRUSHNAI LLP (GSTIN: 27ABGFP6272Q1ZE). It should be read together with our Terms & Conditions.
1. All Sales Are Final
All bookings at Krushnai Trampoline Park are final and non-refundable. Once your payment is successfully processed — online via Razorpay, at the venue, or through any authorised channel — the transaction is complete. We do not offer refunds, partial refunds, cancellations, transfers or park credit in exchange for unused or missed sessions.
By completing payment, you confirm that you have selected the correct date, time, pass type and number of guests, and that you accept this no-refund policy.
2. Session Tickets & Walk-ins
This applies to all standard passes, including:
- Trampoline Adult tickets (60 and 90 minutes)
- Softplay Gaming tickets for children below 5 years (60 and 90 minutes)
- Weekday, weekend, government holiday and festival rates
Payment confirms your slot. If you do not attend, arrive late, or leave early, no refund or rescheduling credit will be issued. Tickets cannot be transferred to another person unless explicitly agreed in writing by park management before your session.
3. Family Packages
Weekday family packages (1 Adult + 1 Kid ₹850; 1 Adult + 2 Kids ₹1,200; 2 Adults + 1 Kid ₹1,350; 2 Adults + 2 Kids ₹1,700 — 60 minutes) are subject to the same final-sale policy. Partial group attendance or unused portions of a package do not qualify for any refund or adjustment.
4. Party & Event Bookings
Birthday parties, kitti parties, family events and custom group celebrations require advance payment as communicated at booking. All party deposits and full payments are non-refundable, including changes to guest count, date, time or package after payment is made. Any party-specific terms confirmed in your booking or invoice shall prevail where stated.
5. Promotions & Discounts
Promotional offers (including bring-your-own socks ₹100 discount, seasonal offers or partner discounts) cannot be combined unless explicitly stated. Discounted tickets are sold on the same no-refund basis as full-price tickets.
6. Online Payments via Razorpay
Online payments are processed securely through Razorpay. Because all sales are final, we do not initiate refunds through Razorpay or any other payment gateway once a transaction is complete. Please verify your booking details on the payment confirmation screen before completing checkout.
7. Venue Closure or Session Cancellation by Us
If we are unable to operate your session due to safety concerns, power failure, government orders or other circumstances beyond our control, we will make reasonable efforts to offer rescheduling to another available date. Refunds will not be issued unless required by applicable law.
8. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you dispute a charge with your bank without contacting us first, we reserve the right to provide transaction records to the payment processor and refuse future bookings until the matter is resolved. Please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can address your concern.
