Krushnai Trampoline Park welcomes families and children. This notice explains how we handle children's personal data when you book online or visit our venue. It supplements our Privacy Policy and applies under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India).
1. Who this notice is for
Parents, legal guardians, and adult account holders booking for minors (children under 18 years). Children should not book online without a parent or guardian aged 18 or older.
2. Children's data we collect
When you book online, we may collect for each child on the booking:
- Name — for safety waivers and check-in
- Age — to confirm ticket type (e.g. softplay below 5 years) and waiver requirements
We collect parent/guardian contact details (mobile number, optional email, city) from the primary account holder who completes the booking.
We do not knowingly collect school names, precise location tracking, or child account logins on this website.
3. Why we use children's data
- Safety waivers and incident response
- Session management and check-in at the venue
- Legal and regulatory compliance (including GST records for paid bookings)
- Optional promotional photo/video use only if the guardian opts in separately when booking
We do not use children's data for targeted advertising on this website. We do not knowingly market to children under 13.
4. Parental / guardian consent
Online bookings require a person aged 18 or older to:
- Complete the booking and sign the participant waiver
- Acknowledge our Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions
- Confirm guardian consent separately when any minor is included on the booking
Promotional photo/video consent is optional and is not required to book or visit.
5. Who we share data with
Children's data in online bookings is stored securely (Vercel Blob) and may be shared only with processors needed to operate the park — such as Razorpay for payment and Vercel for hosting/storage — as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell children's personal data.
6. How long we keep data
Paid booking and waiver records may be retained up to 8 years for tax, safety, and legal reasons. Unpaid abandoned online bookings are deleted automatically after 24 hours. See our retention policy.
7. Your rights and your child's rights
Parents and guardians may:

- Request correction of inaccurate data — Privacy Request portal or contact our Grievance Officer
- Request deletion where permitted by law — Privacy Request portal
- Withdraw marketing consent — Unsubscribe
8. Safety at the venue
Parents and guardians must supervise children at all times. Staff may use CCTV or photography in public areas for safety; promotional use of images involving children requires separate online opt-in where applicable.
